Managing Change
Staff at East Belfast Mission and Skainos took part in a training seminar on managing change facilitated by Roisin Kelly of NICVA.
All projects at EBM were represented and all participants were struck by the multi-layered and inter-related nature of the changes affecting the organisation in the transition to Skainos.
About Skainos
The Skainos Project is an urban regeneration project in inner East Belfast providing shared space for community transformation and renewal.
